Updated over 8 months ago

What Are Administration Fees?

When you perform a transaction on the Wingform platform, there is a charge known as the "Administration Fee." This fee acts as compensation to Wingform for the services it provides. Importantly, these fees are only incurred upon the successful closing of a transaction.

How Are These Fees Calculated?

The Administration fees are fixed and depend on the aircraft's category. The Administration fees are nominated in units (1 unit = 1 currency unit the aircraft price is nominated in - US Dollars, Euro, or pound sterling). The following fees apply:

Category

Fee

Jets, Multi-Engine Turbo-Props

1,500

Single-Engine Turbo-Props, Pistons, Helicopters, Other

250

On a case-by-case basis, Wingform can offer discounts by providing its clients with promo codes that they can input at the listing creation stage.

Who Pays the Administration Fees?

The Administration Fees are paid by brokers performing a transaction on Wingform. Brokers are invoiced directly after successful completion of a transaction. Administration fees are not included in transactions' funds flow.

What Does the Fee Cover?

The Administration Fees encompass all costs associated with the functionality of the Wingform platform, excluding escrow fees and other providers' charges.
