1. Instruction Receipt:
- Accepts instructions in written format.
- Confirms instructions given orally in writing.
2. Handling of Funds:
- Regards received funds as fully refundable until the transaction documents provide that they have become non-refundable.
- Closes transactions upon receiving irrevocable written instructions from the transaction parties to close the transaction.
- In case of disputes, is authorized by the parties to retain funds and documents until the parties resolve their dispute.
Section 3: Communication
To facilitate a smooth transaction experience, Wingform may liaise with AIC Global Solutions on behalf of the users. Users may also contact AIC Global Solutions directly.
Section 4: Liability Limitations
Wingform shall not be held responsible for any delays or failures in the fund disbursement process, which are attributable to AIC Global Solutions or other third-party service providers.
Section 5: User Responsibilities
Users are required to:
1. Guarantee the accuracy and completeness of all wire transfer instructions and other payment-related details forwarded to AIC Global Solutions.
2. Allow Wingform to share pertinent information and documents with AIC Global Solutions pertinent to the aircraft sale, which includes, without limitation, various listed documents including the aircraft Bill of Sale, Aircraft Purchase Agreement (APA), and closing documentation.

By agreeing to the Wingform Terms of Use, users consent to appoint AIC Global Solutions as the closing agent and engage in a direct contractual relationship with them, adhering to their established terms.
Section 8: Fee Structure
AIC Global Solutions' closing fees are integrated within the Wingform charges.
Section 9: Fraud Prevention and Dispute Resolution
AIC Global Solutions reserves the right to undertake necessary actions, at its sole discretion, if it reasonably suspects potential fraudulent activities or violations of applicable laws concerning the transaction
